Welcome to St. Paul Lutheran Church!

If you’ve already visited us for worship or attended another event at our church or school, then you already have a general idea of who we are. But if you’re just checking us out online, let us give you a quick glimpse of St. Paul Ann Arbor.

St. Paul congregation actually has TWO worship sites. We have a church and preschool just west of downtown Ann Arbor in the Old West Side historic neighborhood. We also have a second worship site on the east side of Ann Arbor where our preschool, elementary and middle school are located. Our Saturday and Sunday services downtown take place in our sanctuary, which has a traditional architecture and an excellent pipe organ. We also offer a worship service at our school campus on Sundays, where we set up our sanctuary every week in the gymnasium. Although it’s not a traditional church building, the gymnasium is actually a comfortable and relaxed place, and our worship atmosphere is much enhanced by the large mural that expresses the mission of our congregation.

Besides our 3 worship services, our elementary school and our preschool, the members of St. Paul are enthusiastic about studying God’s word together. That usually doesn’t take place in large groups, although there is a Bible study group that meets during Discipleship Hour at 9:45am (both campuses). But our members like to meet in many small groups, in their homes, to learn together, to encourage one another, and to find ways to serve in the community together also.
