Kindergarten News
October 9, 2009
Dear Parents,
Thank you to Mrs. Farjo, Mrs. Wentzel, & Mrs. Gray, who transported us to ConcordiaUniversity for our chapel service on Wednesday. Also, thank you to everyone for being so flexible on the pick-up location. Everything went very smoothly.
Go Blue has visited every kindergartener in our class. He will now be traveling. Our class is part of a mascot exchange. Go Blue will travel to Missouri, Virginia, and Indiana. We in turn will be receiving mascots from these other Lutheran schools. Be watching for another mascot to come home with your child in the near future.
Wednesday is Family Visiting Day. You are more than welcome to come to school with your child or to drop in for any part of their day. We will be having a “normal” school day. This is a great chance to see a little piece of your child’s world.
Our good friend Zayd celebrated his birthday this week. Happy birthday Zayd!
We have finished a few more extension projects. For the letter S we made a snake, the letter T we made a turtle, and the letter N we made a noodle necklace.
